About Me
I've been photographing weddings since 2012, and currently living in Sacramento. Originally from Southern California, I moved to the Bay Area after earning a degree in Film & Media from UC Santa Barbara. While I thought I'd pursue the film and TV industry, I discovered my love for still photography, documenting behind-the-scenes moments on student films and community projects.
Photography is my way of telling stories when words fail me. Photographs make sense to me. It’s what I can’t help but do when I encounter the simple, genuine expressions of what it means to be human. It grounds me in the present and brings back long forgotten memories. Being invited in with a camera is what makes me feel most empowered.
COVERAGE AND SERVICE DETAILS
WEDDING DAY COVERAGE - $6000
Includes up to 9 hours of consecutive coverage, with photography that focuses on the heart of the day and true, organic moments as they happen. Full wedding day typically covers the preparations to dancing into the evening.
HALF DAY COVERAGE - $3500
4 hour coverage - made for intimate weddings with fewer guests, or receptions without a ceremony.
REHEARSAL DINNER / WELCOME PARTY - $1500
2 hour coverage of your rehearsal dinner or welcome party. Getting to know who the major players are, the dynamics of your people, and having your guests get to know me and the way I photograph will allow me greater access on the wedding day.
ENGAGEMENT SESSION - $1100
A casual session where the focus is on the two of you, not just a pretty landscape. We’ll get to know each other better, you’ll see what it’s like to be around me and my camera, and we’ll come away with photographs that celebrate who the two of you are together. My favorite place to start your session is in your home and neighborhood.
SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER - $1500
Depending on the size of your wedding and the scope of the day, a second shooter is sometimes needed, such as wanting documentation of things happening in two separate locations at the same time. Talk to me about the details of your day and I’ll help you decide whether your coverage would genuinely benefit from a second photographer.
TRAVEL
For wedding locations or multi-day events that require me to stay the night or two, a separate travel fee will be quoted to accommodate necessary hotel / flight.

FULL ALBUM SERVICE - starts at $3000
A personalized service where I help you choose the images and design an album to tell the story of your wedding day. Additionally, you can opt for an in-person appointment to view samples and choose from extensive color options and cover customizations. High quality prints, boxes, and frames are available to purchase through your personal online gallery, so you don’t have to dig through your cloud storage years from now.
It’s your wedding day, not my photoshoot.
Although weddings are one of the most recorded days of a person’s life, they don’t exist merely for photographs. There are so many moments you’ll want to be fully present for. I focus on paying attention to all the displays of humanity, not on staging scenes for a photo. So when you get your images back, I’ll have been your second pair of eyes to show not only what you remember but also what you missed.
There is no need to act differently or do anything special for me. No one will have to fake something “just for the picture” or redo moments. You won’t have to carve out 3 hours in your day for pictures and there is certainly no vision you’re supposed to fit into.
You and all the people who share a part in your story do not need to change anything about yourselves or behave differently simply because a camera is present.
The most memorable images are usually the ones you don’t plan for.
What matters most to you is what matters to me. And what isn’t a priority for you, we can gently leave behind.
